• Art Lessons

  Art lessons including drawing and painting in oils, acrylics or watercolours are available at the MonElissa Studio. Check out our schedule of ongoing art classes, weekend painting workshops and private lessons.
  Many local creative artists also teach stained glass, pottery, painting, sculpting and other art forms. For our retreat suite guests we can arrange the art training you need to find your inner creator!

• The Retreat Suite

  A lovely 1 or two bedroom nautically themed 1700 sq ft ground floor suite, fully furnished with full kitchen, 4-piece bath, large living area, washer/dryer, private entrance and small private patio with BBQ. Located 1 minute from the beach, 5 minutes from Deep Bay Marina and right next to MonElissa Studio. Just 15 minutes drive to Qualicum Beach and 1/2 hour to Comox Airport on the East coast of Vancouver Island. Available weekly or monthly year round.

  Past and current students and friends of MonElissa Studio are invited to register as a member, login and join the online feedback and discussion forum. Members are approved before they can access the private area. Upload your works in progress for feedback from Elissa or from the whole Gang!

  Elissa’s biography details her work as a fine artist and teacher, testimonials from her students and links to her website featuring her uniquely styled impressionist landcape, seascape, floral and fun paintings available for sale or as inspiration for your commissioned art work.
