Kunamokst, the West Coast Mural has been invited to be officially unveiled as part of the 2010 Winter Olympic Games! It will be displayed February 13th – February 28, 2010 as part of the Spirit Square in West Vancouver. The unveiling is open to anyone who wishes to attend. I’m so excited to see the finished product – it measures 12′ by 21′ and is made up of 231 original 12″ x 12″ paintings created by 200 artists. I’m hoping I’ll be able to go, but can’t be sure just yet. Are any of the MonElissa Gang planning to go?

The final permanent unveiling home will be on Galiano Island later and will also be a public event. I’ll let you know when I have that information. Maybe we can plan a group trip there!
